We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, and do not offer international shipping at this time. We reserve the right to deny orders which ship to locations where additional fees may apply, although we may allow the customer to pay any additional fees in special circumstances.
Your order(s) are shipped from either our Stockton, CA or Atlanta, GA warehouse depending on your delivery location. This ensures that your orders are always delivered quickly. We will choose the best shipping method for your order(s), including UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight/Common Carrier, to ensure its safe arrival.
If your order is shipped via LTL Freight/Common Carrier, you will be contacted by the trucking company to set up a delivery date and time frame. All orders are noted to receive residential and liftgate instructions. When the trucking company arrives at your shipping location, they will unload your palletized item onto your property with a liftgate. Drivers are not able to assist with final placement of your palletized item or any unpacking of the item. Please be prepared for this.
It is very important that you inspect the full pallet before signing for the delivery. Please do an inspection to ensure no pieces are damaged. In instances where you are unable to view all of the items within the pallet, please note this on the delivery slip and write that you are unable to inspect for hidden damage. If you see a damaged piece or item, please note this on the delivery slip and contact us immediately.
